PROJECT SUMMARY:
The Stampede faced significant operational challenges from its inception. The team played its games in an outdated expo center in Harrisburg, while its predominant marketing and outreach channels were limited to print marketing and radio advertising. Community support was not strong for the team, as its average attendance was under 2,500 fans per game from 2008-2012.
Dynasty Innovation took over business and football operations from 2012-2014.
